• Define the Portion(s) of the Department / Center to be Modeled and Assessed
• Design the Experiment
• Define Success Criteria and Improvement Criteria
• Collect Data from Automated Systems (e.g., RIS, PACS, EHR), Manual Processes (if and as required), and Observation

• Develop High-Level Project Plan for Process Reengineering Implementation Effort
